Warren House
A contemporary Miami residence that combines visual spaciousness, privacy, and a connection to the outdoors. The architecture maximizes natural light, the relationship with the landscape, and the overall quality of life through a clean, functional, and high-standard design.
San Marco House
The project organizes the visual experience from the façade: a contemporary, precise volume with clean geometry, where balconies, windows, and lighting create depth. The architecture does not rely on ornamentation; its strength lies in proportion, contrast, and the relationship between the illuminated interior, the terrace, and the water.
Hampton House
The project combines contemporary volumes with a warmer, more natural materiality. Vertical latticework, large windows, and outdoor terraces regulate the relationship between privacy, light, and openness, while tropical landscaping softens the house's geometry and connects it to Miami's climate.
Interior and exterior as a single architecture
These projects understand the house as a sequence, not as a sum of spaces. Living room, terrace, pool, garden, and roof are designed as layers connected by light, shadow, circulation, and views.
